Staff Product Designer
Leading the product, design, research, and content team to launch Bitso+ allows people to earn interest on the bitcoin and stablecoins they have stored on the platform.
I've defined and pushed "# Enrollments" as a product success metric for Bitso Plus. I've improved the positioning and the enrollment experience for new users increasing subscriptions to Bitso+ from 44% to 86% during the first two months after going live.
Help other teams add value to the product and increase active conversions and people's experience by improving the search for crypto on Bitso.

In charge of redefining the B2B, B2B2C, and B2C experience of Kueski's buy now pay later method by identifying business and user needs, ideations to solve problems, running experiments over multiple industries, helping to create the financial product, and to find Product-Market Fit in a B2B2C sector.
Leading the design and research team to scale the product, improved the registration of new users from 40% to 55%, and contributed to increased revenue of a 30% overall MoM sustained growth.

2020 CO- Founder and Product Designer.
Neurwin provides mental performance training for athletes. The product is currently in development with endurance athletes.
In charge of research and idea validation with athletes and doctors specialized in mental performance. Develop the concept and definition of programs to improve the performance of athletes as well as success metrics. We achieve this thanks to the experience and design of an application that will continuously help these athletes in their professional development and that they will constantly be in contact with the doctors.
